International Symposium on Robotics and Mechanisms “ROBOMECH 2017”
Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev holds the International Symposium on Robotics and Mechanisms “ROBOMECH 2017” under the patronage of the International Federation for the Promotion of Mechanism and Machine Science (http://www.iftomm.net.), the Technical Committee of IFToMM in Robotics and Mechatronics (TC “Robotics and Mechatronics”), Mechanisms and Mechanical Controls (TC “Linkages and Mechanical Controls”). Dates: July 7-8th, 2017
Location: Almaty, 59 Tole bi street, Kazakh-British Technical University.
The Symposium will cover the following areas:
- Theoretical and applied mechanics
- Mechanics of machines
- Engineering
- Materials Science and Materials Processing Technologies
- Mechatronics and Robotics.
Working languages are Kazakh, Russian, and English. Reports in English are welcomed.
The publication of academic works presented on the Symposium are planned to be published in a separate issue of the International Scientific Journal “Herald KBTU”.
Materials up to 5 pages in length should be prepared in accordance with the requirements of Annex 1 and sent to the supervisors of the relevant research areas of the Symposium to the following electronic addresses:

Registration fee for the participants of the Symposium is 15 000 tenge. Registration fee includes materials of the Symposium, coffee break, excursion to Medeu and Shymbulak. Masters and PhD students are exempted from the registration fee.
Important dates:
April 30, 2017 – the end of the acceptance of the academic works reports.
July 7-8th, 2017 – the dates of the Symposium.
