Order of the Minister of Industry and Construction Published
Rules for maintaining the Register of Kazakhstani Goods Producers have been approved in Kazakhstan, reports the business information center Kapital.kz, citing the Ministry of Industry and Construction.
“The Ministry of Industry and Construction has adopted the Rules for Maintaining the Register of Kazakhstani Manufacturers. The document was approved by Order No. 327 of the Minister of Industry and Construction dated August 27, 2025. The order takes effect ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication. The Rules define the procedure for establishing and maintaining the registry and all procedures related to inclusion in it,” the Ministry of Industry and Construction reports.
As specified in the order, the registry is established by the authorized body and consists of the following stages:
1) submission of an application through the user’s personal account on the web portal of the “e-government” information and communications infrastructure;
2) digital verification;
3) evaluation of the production by an industry commission;
4) a decision by the authorized body on whether to include or exclude the entity from the registry.
The authorized body then ensures the publication and maintenance of an up-to-date registry.

As a reminder, on May 19, Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed the Law “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan Regarding the Determination of the Country of Origin of Goods,” which provides for the creation of a Register of Kazakhstani Goods Producers. The register will contain information about Kazakhstani producers and their goods.
In turn, certificates of origin for goods in the ST-KZ format will remain valid only until January 1, 2026.
Earlier, Minister of Industry and Construction Yersayin Nagaspayev spoke about the mechanism for inclusion in the Register of Kazakhstani Goods Producers. The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs stated that the business community’s opinion on this matter was not taken into account.
