Implementation of the Roadmap for the Integration of Practical Artificial Intelligence Solutions into the Production Processes of Large Enterprises for 2025–2026 is continuing. One of the practical outcomes has been the implementation of the “Operational Center for Responding to Security Incidents” project at SaryarkaAvtoProm LLP.
The integrated AI system analyzes data from cameras and production sensors in real time, identifies violations of industrial and digital security requirements, detects anomalies in equipment operation, and generates alerts for immediate response, which has reduced incident detection time and minimized the human factor.
The system’s analytical core uses machine learning algorithms to detect deviations in personnel behavior and production line operations. The neural network model adapts to changes in the production environment, which improves the accuracy of risk detection and reduces the likelihood of incidents.
According to the Ministry of Industry, the implementation of such solutions helps reduce response times to abnormal situations, minimize equipment downtime, increase process transparency, and strengthen the comprehensive protection of industrial facilities.
The implementation of the project at SaryarkaAvtoProm LLP demonstrates a systematic approach to ensuring safety using artificial intelligence technologies and is part of the state policy on the digital transformation of industry.
At the same time, AI solutions are being implemented at other enterprises. The Eurasian Group (ERG) has launched the ERG MES digital platform, which enables real-time monitoring of production processes and has already generated economic benefits of approximately 1.5 billion tenge. At KAZ Minerals and Solidcore Eurasia sites, AI technologies are being used to optimize logistics and automate medical examinations for workers in hazardous industries.
The Ministry of Industry and Construction, in partnership with QazIndustry, will continue to coordinate the implementation of AI solutions in 2025–2026. The implementation of the Roadmap is designed to enhance industrial, digital, and physical safety, as well as strengthen the technological resilience and competitiveness of Kazakhstan’s industrial sector.
The Roadmap brings together 41 projects at 11 major industrial enterprises and is aimed at improving the safety, efficiency, and digital maturity of the industrial sector.
