In the first phase, the plan is to include companies that hold valid Industrial Certificates.

To this end, the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs have signed a Roadmap for the inclusion of holders of industrial certificates in the Register of Kazakhstani Goods Producers.

Companies with valid industrial certificates will be included in the Registry by the technical operator — JSC “Center for Electronic Finance” — based on data from the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs.

To secure their status, companies must enter their information into the system, submit an application, and complete digital verification by January 30, 2026. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the company’s removal from the Register.

A key condition for maintaining this status is confirmation of actual production activities.

At the same time, other companies may also be included in the Register upon submission of an application and confirmation of the performance of the necessary technological operations.
