Gleb Karandasov, a 19-year-old fitter at Mechanical Shop No. 1, joined the plant right after college and already feels confident in his profession:

“At first, I just wanted to try working in production. But I immediately realized it was interesting here. My mentors supported me, showed me how to work, and now I’m trusted with more tasks. Every day I learn something new and want to grow into a true master. What I value most is our team – when you’re surrounded by people who help, work becomes easier and more enjoyable.”

Anel Zhanbutina, a 24-year-old customs clearance specialist, made a conscious choice to join the plant:

“For me, it was important to work in a serious company with a strong reputation. Here, there is stability and room for growth. Every day brings new challenges, and I need to be attentive to details, because the speed of deliveries depends on the accuracy of my work. That motivates me to keep improving.”
