KTZ National Company JSC and South Korea’s Woosong University (WSU) are strengthening their strategic partnership. During the WSU delegation’s visit, the parties exchanged information on their professional training programs. The visit’s program focused on showcasing the Company’s technological infrastructure. University representatives visited the Talgo passenger car maintenance facility, the Track Diagnostics Center, and the Railway Employee Assessment and Development Center, where they familiarized themselves with modern standards for track quality control, technical support, and staff training.
Particular attention was paid to generational continuity: direct dialogue between WSU students and graduates of the master’s program who are building their careers at KTZ clearly confirmed the continued demand for joint educational programs in the future.
The company views its partnership with Woosong as an investment in the industry’s intellectual capital, providing railway professionals who have demonstrated results in various company training programs and projects with the opportunity to undergo training and gain experience at foreign educational institutions.
To date, KTZ has established partnerships with 48 educational institutions in Kazakhstan and abroad, fostering an ecosystem of professional education.
