Ashat Khasenov, Chairman of the Management Board of KazMunayGas National Company JSC, held a meeting with Vadim Martynov, CEO of the Estonian company Tallinna Masinatehas OÜ. The discussion focused on expanding cooperation and opportunities for localizing equipment production in Kazakhstan.
During the talks, Askhat Khasenov emphasized that increasing the share of local content and developing local high-tech production are strategic priorities for KMG. This involves not only the production of equipment for the oil and gas sector, but also the introduction of modern technologies, training of personnel, and the development of service competencies within the country.
The parties noted that cooperation with a large foreign machine-building enterprise will expand opportunities for Kazakhstani factories, increase technological competence, and create new growth points for the industry.
Following the meeting, an agreement was reached to continue the dialogue and strengthen the mutually beneficial partnership.
