Kazenergokabel JSC is Kazakhstan's largest manufacturer of cable and wire products and aluminum wire rod. For more than 30 years, the company has been a reliable supplier to key sectors of the country's economy, including construction, mining, telecommunications, oil and gas, and energy.

Today, Kazenergokabel produces over 50,000 km of cable, 3,000 tons of wire, and 15,000 tons of aluminum wire rod per year, with a total value of over 40 billion tenge.

The company's products are in demand in all regions of Kazakhstan and are exported to EAEU and CIS countries, as well as to Israel, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, and Estonia.

The company is particularly proud of its international certification. The plant became the first cable manufacturer in Kazakhstan to receive certificates of conformity from the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). This confirmed the high quality of its products at the global level and opened up access to cooperation with major oil and gas operators – Tengizchevroil, NKOC, and Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V.

One of the key areas of the plant's activity is cooperation with national companies and large industrial holdings in Kazakhstan. Regular customers include the ERG Group, subsidiaries of the Samruk-Kazyna fund, including Kazakhtelecom JSC and Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC, KazMunayGas JSC, KazZinc JSC, Kazakhmys Corporation LLP, and other strategic enterprises.

Production at the plant is carried out using modern equipment that meets GOST and international standards. Quality control is carried out at every stage, from raw materials to finished products.

The IEC international certificates obtained have strengthened the confidence of not only Kazakhstani but also foreign customers, confirming that domestic cable products are capable of competing at the global level.

The success of the enterprise is not only due to technology, but also to the team. Hundreds of engineers, technologists, operators, and quality controllers work at the plant. In total, there are 15 different departments within the enterprise, all working in close coordination.

Particular attention is paid to the training and development of young specialists. One of Pavlodar's technical colleges offers a specialization in cable production, where students gain specialized knowledge and practical experience at the plant.

In addition, the company has mentoring programs in place: certified specialists conduct regular training sessions, and employees undergo certification to improve their qualifications and rank.

Nevertheless, there is still a shortage of personnel in the industry. Young people are reluctant to choose engineering professions, which is why the role of companies such as Kazenergokabel in shaping the country's engineering school is becoming particularly significant.
