The Association of Kazakhstan Machinery Industry held its twenty-sixth online meeting of 2026, attended by regional representatives and companies in the industry.
One of the items on the agenda was government support measures for businesses implemented by JSC “Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund.”
Natalya Dyakova, General Manager of the Guarantee Department at the Damu Fund, presented the financial support programs available to manufacturing enterprises to the participants. The focus was on the “Orleu” program, which is designed to support manufacturing enterprises and expand businesses’ access to financing.
Participants were briefed on the current guarantee mechanisms and the terms for enterprises’ participation in the Fund’s programs for manufacturing enterprises (OKED 25–30). During the discussion, participants noted the importance of further improving financial support instruments, including expanding opportunities for working capital financing.
The second item on the agenda was a presentation on the production capabilities of Erreesse Caspian Valves LLP.
Askar Ilyasov, the company’s CEO, spoke about the operations of the enterprise, which specializes in the production of high-performance ball valves for the oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical, mining, and other industrial sectors. The company manufactures ball valves from nickel alloys, duplex, superduplex, stainless, and carbon steel, as well as other specialty materials, designed for operation in harsh conditions.
Particular attention is paid to the application of modern engineering solutions at all stages of product design and manufacturing, including digital modeling, strength calculations, and stress analysis in accordance with international standards. The company’s quality management system complies with the requirements of ISO 9001, and its products are designed and tested in accordance with international industry standards such as API, ASME, MSS, and others.
Meeting participants were presented with the company’s product range, prospects for expanding domestic production, and opportunities for developing industrial cooperation.
Following the meeting, participants noted that government support for manufacturing enterprises, the adoption of modern technologies, and the development of domestic production remain key factors in enhancing the competitiveness of Kazakhstan’s machine-building industry and strengthening the country’s industrial potential.
