Kazakhstan has become one of the leaders in industrial production growth in the EAEU

Industrial production in the EAEU countries increased by 1.2% in January-November 2025, according to the EEC.

Growth was observed in almost all countries of the Union, the Eurasian Economic Commission noted. Kyrgyzstan became the leader with 10%.

Kazakhstan is in second place, with industrial production in the republic growing by 7.4%. Armenia follows with 1.2%. Russia is also in the top three with 1%.

At the same time, production in the manufacturing industry increased by 2.5%, according to the EEC.

As previously reported by the EDB, Kazakhstan's industrial potential is capable of bringing more than $38 billion a year to the economy. The main contributors are metallurgy, the chemical and food industries, as well as the manufacture of machinery and equipment, in particular gas turbines, pumps, and shut-off valves.

The electrical engineering industry is of particular importance, with the Eurasian region remaining a key sales market for Kazakhstan. It accounts for 70% of supplies of higher value-added products.
