The first batch of special equipment manufactured at the Aktau-based Caspian Machine Jasau Company has been shipped to Turkmenistan. Eight cementing units have been delivered to a foreign customer.
This is the plant's first venture into markets outside Kazakhstan. The company's customers include large national enterprises and leading organizations in the oil and gas sector.
The Caspian Machine Building Company plant was founded two years ago, and during this time, the enterprise has produced more than 300 units of special equipment. These include cementing units, nitrogen and compressor stations, mobile steam generators, fuel tanks, separators, and oil heating equipment.
“Entering the export market is a natural result of our work and government support. We feel real help from the Mangistau Region Akimat and the Ministry of Industry and Transport,” say representatives of the plant.
In addition, KazakhExport and QazTrade are working to insure export risks, promote products, and find new partners.
The head of state's policy of prioritizing the development of manufacturing exports allows the plant to increase production volumes and expand its supply geography. Negotiations are currently underway with Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates.
“As today's shipment to Turkmenistan shows, young Kazakhstani factories are ready not only to supply the domestic market, but also to successfully enter foreign markets,” the company's management emphasized.
