The Association of Kazakhstan Machinery Industry held its 44th online meeting with regional representatives and industry partners. During the meeting, issues related to the development of international cooperation, the promotion of Kazakh companies in foreign markets, and the introduction of industrial technologies were discussed.
Opening the meeting, Yerkanat Makanov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Association of Kazakhstan Machinery Industry, noted the activities of the Italian Association Italy 4 Trade International, which promotes the entry of Italian companies into foreign markets and supports Kazakhstani enterprises in promoting themselves on the Italian market.
The director of the association, Liliana Ursu, and business partner Alessandro Orizio presented opportunities for cooperation between enterprises in the two countries.
Key areas of cooperation proposed by the Association:
Developing projects under the brands: Made with Italy, Made with Kazakhstan, Made in Kazakhstan with Italy.
Opening the Buying Trade Office Milano in 2026 and creating a business hub with the participation of Kazakhstani companies ready for export.
Representatives of the Association also invited Kazakhstani enterprises to participate in the BI-MU 2026 international exhibition dedicated to innovative technologies, industrial automation, digital manufacturing, additive technologies, robotics, metrology, and mechatronics. The exhibition will be held on October 13-16, 2026, in Milan.
During the meeting, Igor Karpov, Director of Renaissance SHIK LLP, also spoke, presenting the company's products and areas of activity.
The company is the largest manufacturer of electrochemical protection (ECP) solutions and offers more than 3,000 items of its own and dealer-produced products. The company employs over 80 specialists.
The company's main areas of activity include the production of materials and equipment for ECP, construction, installation, and commissioning works, design and research, hydro and pneumatic testing, mobile ECP laboratories, and the processing and disposal of industrial waste.

Renaissance SHIK also cooperates with the K. I. Satpayev Kazakh National Technical University and the M. O. Auezov South Kazakhstan University, on the basis of which joint ECH laboratories have been created, fully equipped with Kazakhstani-made equipment.
The Association of Kazakhstan Machinery Industry will continue to work to strengthen international cooperation and develop the manufacturing industry by involving domestic enterprises in global production and technology chains.
