Representatives of the Association of Kazakhstan Machinery Industry — Makhambet Mendigaliev, Deputy Director of the Executive Directorate, and Alexey Ishchuk, Senior Manager of the Regional Development and Certification Department — took part in a working meeting with the management of “Telecom Komplekt,” a branch of Kazakhtelecom JSC. Representatives from the Project Management Directorate and the “Network Division” Association also joined the discussion online.

During the meeting, participants discussed ways to expand cooperation in the procurement of products from domestic manufacturers, the development of a list of goods for import substitution for 2026, and opportunities for concluding off-take contracts and long-term agreements.

The participants paid particular attention to aligning the needs of Kazakhtelecom JSC with the production capabilities of Kazakhstani enterprises, improving procurement procedures, and creating conditions for fair competition.

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached to further develop cooperation, strengthen direct contacts between technical specialists, and continue joint work on issues related to the localization of production and the development of cooperative ties.
