The Association of Kazakhstan Machinery Industry held its twenty-fifth online meeting of 2026, with regional representatives and industry enterprises in attendance.
One of the items on the agenda was a presentation of the BusinessGO digital ecosystem, developed with the support of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Atameken.”
BusinessGO Project Manager Zamira Zikeeva presented the platform’s capabilities to participants, highlighting how it brings together key digital services for conducting business in a single space. The ecosystem includes solutions for fiscal accounting, online cash registers, inventory management, analytics, product labeling verification, Tax Free processing, and other tools necessary for automating business processes.
Using a unified digital platform allows companies to reduce the costs of implementing and maintaining various information systems, simplify business management, improve sales efficiency, and gain access to a single technical support center. In addition, the development of digital solutions helps increase the transparency of business activities and improve government regulatory mechanisms.
The second item on the agenda was a discussion of modern approaches to the effective management of manufacturing enterprises.
Vladimir Ivanov, CEO of the “School of Directors,” presented practical tools for building an effective production management system in the context of a volatile market and limited resources. Particular attention was paid to issues such as selecting a management model, scaling manufacturing enterprises, transitioning from manual management to systematic business processes, and the changing role of the manager as the company grows.
During the discussion, it was noted that the implementation of modern management approaches and digital technologies is one of the key factors in increasing enterprises’ productivity, sustainability, and competitiveness.
Following the meeting, participants emphasized the importance of sharing practical experience, implementing digital solutions, and improving management competencies as essential conditions for the further development of the domestic machine-building industry.
