On December 5, a ceremony was held in Astana with the participation of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, to award the winners of the Altyn Sapa Presidential Award and the Pariz National Award for Social Responsibility. Enterprises participating in the Association of Kazakhstan Machinery Industry received awards in several significant categories, confirming the high level of their products, management practices, and social responsibility.
The Altyn Sapa Award, organized by the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan, remains the main national benchmark for quality. A total of 222 companies took part in the competition, 40 reached the final, and 14 became winners in various categories, ranging from manufacturing enterprises to industrial and innovative projects.
Based on the results of 2025, the following companies became winners of the award:
Altyn Sapa Award of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- In the “Best Industrial Project” category:
Karlskrona LC AB LLP (Shymkent) – production of pumping, electrical, non-standard equipment, ferrous metal and alloy castings.
- In the “Best Manufacturing Enterprise” category:
Large business: Silumin-Vostok LLP (East Kazakhstan Region) – digital and engineering infrastructure and localized equipment.
Medium-sized business: KSC-PLAST LLP (Almaty) – production of plastic products and medical furniture.
Republican competition “Best Product of Kazakhstan”
- In the category “Best Industrial Products”:
Large business: Asiafilter LLP (Akmola region) – production of industrial filters.
Medium-sized business: AgromashHolding KZ JSC (Kostanay region) – agricultural machinery.
National “Paryz” Award
In the “Best Socially Responsible Enterprise” category among large businesses, the winner was Kainar AKB LLP (Zhetisu region).
The Pariz business social responsibility competition has been held on the initiative of the Head of State since 2008. It is aimed at developing social responsibility in business. In 2025, 354 applications were submitted for participation in the competition, of which 87 were from large enterprises and 267 from small and medium-sized businesses.
Isker Award
The Isker Award is given to companies participating in the competition for the Altyn Sapa Award of the President of Kazakhstan and the Best Goods of Kazakhstan republican competition and exhibition that have achieved high results in their activities and are constantly improving the quality of their products.
At the end of 2025, the winner of the Isker Award was Renaissance Shik LLP (Shymkent), a manufacturer of electrochemical protective equipment for the oil and gas industry.
“Kasibi maman” competition
Based on the results of the national stage of the competition, aimed at identifying best practices in training and mentoring:
MAKER LLP took third place in the “Best Enterprise” category.
Alexander Alekseevich Isupov, foreman, 6th grade metal structure assembly fitter, took third place in the “Best Mentor” category.
The competition is held by the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs and aims to strengthen cooperation between enterprises and educational institutions, as well as to raise the prestige of blue-collar professions.
The awards received confirm the high level of production culture and innovative development of enterprises belonging to the Association of Kazakhstan Machinery Industry. The Association will continue to support its members, develop industry cooperation, and promote the implementation of national initiatives in the machine-building industry.
