The 37th meeting with regional representatives was held at the Association of Kazakhstan Machinery Industry

The 37th meeting of the Association of Kazakhstan Machinery Industry was held with the participation of regional representatives and industry partners. The event became an important platform for discussing key issues facing the domestic machine-building industry, including the sale of domestic commodity producers products to subsoil users.

One of the important items on the meeting agenda was the presentation of the Tizilim state information system, launched in Kazakhstan on July 1, 2025. It replaced the reestr.nadloc.kz portal and is designed to simplify the procurement of goods, works, and services in the field of subsoil use.

The system allows for single-window procurement, integrates with other state platforms, and aims to increase the share of local content in the goods, works, and services purchased. In addition, it takes into account the amendments made to Article 47 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Industrial Policy,” which provide for an increase in the volume of products purchased from domestic manufacturers.

Aigerim Akshalova, Deputy Head of the Digital Transformation Directorate at QazIndustry Kazakhstan Industry and Export Center JSC, noted that Tizilim opens up new opportunities for engineering companies:

“This is not just a procurement portal, but a digital ecosystem that allows companies to quickly find orders, participate in tenders, and gain access to a wide range of partners in the field of subsoil use.”

In turn, Yerkanat Makanov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Association of Kazakhstan Machinery Industry, emphasized the importance of the system for the industry. At the same time, he said, the system is still in its infancy and needs further improvement to work more effectively.

To work in the system, you need to register on the website tizilim.gov.kz using an electronic digital signature. User support is provided through a single contact center at 1465 and the Telegram bot reestrtizilim.

In addition to digital solutions, the meeting also touched upon issues of cooperation between enterprises. Dmitry Torgaev, Commercial Director of Inkar-1 LLP, gave a presentation on the company's capabilities in the production and supply of equipment for various segments of the machine-building industry.

Inkar-1 LLP, located in Temirtau, has been operating in the market for 26 years and specializes in metalworking services, the production of metal structures, and the manufacture of industrial equipment. The company employs over 110 specialists and has an annual output of around 10,000 units.
