The 13th Forum of Kazakhstan Machinery Manufactures kicks off in Astana

Tomorrow, April 2, the 13th Forum of Kazakhstan Machinery Manufactures will open in Astana.

The forum serves as the primary platform for dialogue between the government and the business community, where a conceptual vision for the development of the machine-building and manufacturing industries is formulated.

This year, the forum will bring together more than 1,000 participants, including representatives from over 20 countries — Austria, the United Kingdom, Germany, China, Latvia, Portugal, Russia, Turkey, the Czech Republic, Ukraine, the UAE, South Korea, and others — such as government officials, major consumers, and leading manufacturers of machine-building products.

The forum’s program covers the implementation of the Comprehensive Plan for the Development of Mechanical Engineering, the role of foreign partners, the digitalization and robotization of the industry, as well as the training of qualified personnel. Attention is also being paid to the development of core industries and promising sectors: railway, agricultural, oil and gas, electrical engineering, automotive, and machinery manufacturing for the mining and metallurgical complex.

As part of the forum, the 7th International Exhibition on Mechanical Engineering and Metalworking, Kazakhstan Machinery Fair-2026, opened on April 1. More than 280 companies from 24 countries are showcasing solutions in mechanical engineering, metalworking, process automation, and engineering modernization across an area of over 10,000 square meters.

The online broadcast can be viewed on the YouTube channel of the Association of Kazakhstan Machinery Industry.
